Newsletter Term 4 – week 2
School Harmony
Hello again everyone,
From time to time parents or other members of the school community may come into conflict with one another, causing frustration and anxiety for both parties.
It is therefore necessary to have procedures that will help solve problems so that a safe and harmonious school environment is maintained. The best results usually flow from working together.
At no time should a parent approach another parent or their child in an attempt to deal with an issue.
If you encounter a difficulty with another parent, please make an appointment as soon as possible to see me and discuss the matter. In this way concerns can be dealt with sensitively and confidentially and in an open and fair manner. Furthermore, the rights of all parties can be respected and upheld and an agreed solution can be reached.
If your concern is about the academic progress or welfare of your own child please contact your child’s teacher in the first instance to clarify information and/or to make an appointment for an interview. Teachers are always happy to discuss your child’s needs with you. Of course, for concerns of a more serious nature, I can be contacted at the office on 42841472.
Enjoy your week.
Sharyn Liddle (Principal)

WEPS COOKBOOK
Can’t decide on which recipe to submit for our cookbook – then submit a few!!!!!
Come on, lets all become involved in this exciting and delicious WEPS Cookbook. It would be fantastic if every family could put in at least one of their favourite recipes.
You can drop them off to the uniform shop on Monday, Wednesday or Friday mornings or you can send them to Renee at caitlin1@aapt.net.au
Remember to have the children decorate/illustrate on an A4 sheet of paper, include your family name and children names with the recipe. Also, you can submit a name for our cookbook – the name selected will win an exciting prize. If you have any queries, please call Renee 0431 458 798.

Star performers at the IPAC
Hulla-hooping, tumbling, acrobatics & wheely riding, it was all happening at the IPAC in the school holidays. A few talented circus performers (Nikita Portman, Freya Robinson, Liam Robinson, Morgan Sneddon, Jack Sneddon & two ex-students Blake & Brooke Farrow) joined FLING in three shows at the IPAC. It was so much fun the theme was “Togetherness at School” and we pulled if off nicely with loud applause. So join half-high Circus today to gain experience.
