The Bounce Back! Resilience Program is designed to develop the key coping skills associated with self reliance, namely, self efficacy and a success orientation, a capacity to think optimistically and helpfully about situations, and being able to regulate one’s emotions.
The focus for weeks seven and eight will be CO-OPERATION exploring how we can co-operate with others and how co-operation can make our life easier. At home you could discuss what ways families co-operate with each other and ways families co-operate with the school, local community etc.
Environment Group
We will be laying newspaper and mulch as a weed mat in the tyre garden this week. We’d love some extra hands to knock this job off!
